Yunhong Group National Silicon Mining is specialized in the production of "National Silicon" brand scrubbing sand, drying sand, roasting sand, coated sand, oilfield sand, glass sand, 3D printing sand mineral projects. It currently has three silica sand mineral companies, Zhangwu National Silicon Mining Co., Ltd, Tongliao Dayu Silica Sand Co., Ltd, Inner Mongolia National Silicon Mining Co., Ltd. The ore mining base of the national silicon mining production and processing base covers a total area of more than 30,000 mu, the proven reserves of the mining area are more than 800 million tons, and the production scale is about 300 thousand tons a year.

Equipped with the advanced, computer-controlled production line of international level of automatic laminated sand and fracturing proppant, and the ability to scrub sand with an annual output of 1 million tons, it has become the leading enterprise in China's silica sand capital - silica sand industry, providing silica sand raw materials of high added value and high-purity for many fields of industry in China.

Categories of Main Products

Scrubbing sand: The company's scrubbing sand production line adopts domestic advanced analyzer of laser particle size to conduct online rapid detection of products production and control production process on computer system.

Drying sand: The company's drying production line uses natural gas to provide heat energy to the rotary kiln for product drying, and the combination of natural gas burner and rotary kiln is more energy-saving and more environmentally friendly than traditional production equipment, setting up a monitoring system for the entire production line.

Roasting sand: Compared with the traditional vertical roasting kiln production line, the company’s new roasting furnace can increase the production capacity and save combustion on burning sand per hour. The roasting line is equipped with a monitoring system to reduce the impact of human factors on quality.

Oilfield frac sand: The company has introduced foreign production lines, and the products meet the requirements of Q/SY125-2007 China Petroleum Enterprise Standard and SY/T5108-2006 China Petroleum Industry Standard.
