3. Biodegradable Plant fiber Starch Tableware

Disposably biodegradable plant starch cellulose-based tableware and packaging products are new tools for environmental protection, developed by Yunhong Group with plant fiber and plant starch as their main raw materials. After years of R&D, the core technology and key production equipment of disposable biodegradable tableware have been solved, and the fully automatic/semi-automatic continuous production of disposable biodegradable tableware and packaging products with 80-100% starch content has been realized.

The project applies a "green, low-carbon and circular" industrial development model, using natural plant cellulose, such as wormwood, straw, rice husk, fruit and vegetable stems and vines, together with natural colloidal polysaccharide binders, such as yam starch and konjac gum after pulping, injection molding and compression molding. The degradable have the characteristics of cleanliness, good internal cohesion, degradability as well as water resistance, oil resistance, being protective and cushioning. Degradable tableware packaging products: fully degradable meal plates, paper bowls, meal boxes, forks, spoons, chopsticks, straws, etc.
